Please note that the yoga sessions will take place outdoors.

Participant Arrival Time

Participants are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the official starting time of each session to allow sufficient time for registration, settling in, and preparation before the session begins.

Participation

Participation in all yoga sessions is free of charge.
The event is open to students, staff, faculty members, and members of the public aged 13 years and above.
Places are limited to 150 participants, and early registration is strongly recommended.

Light food and beverages at the kick-off event
A relaxed and welcoming community atmosphere

Language

As this is an intercultural event, all yoga sessions will be conducted in both German and English to ensure accessibility for both local and international participants.

Guests arrive, register and have time for informal exchange.

15:30–16:00 | Opening Remarks & Introduction to Focus India
Short welcome speeches and a brief introduction to the Focus India initiative.

16:00–16:45 | Yoga Session 1
First joint yoga session.

16:45–17:15 | Break & Refreshments
Time to relax, connect and enjoy some refreshments.

17:15–18:00 | Yoga Session 2
Second joint yoga session.

18:00–19:00 | Informal Closing
Relaxed closing with time for conversations and exchange.

1. All registrations will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
2. Selected participants will receive an official confirmation email.
3. Only after receiving this confirmation is your participation officially secured.
